Extensive experience throughout the region and in multiple industries includes searches for positions such as Latin American CEOs, Regional Vice Presidents and Directors, Country Managers, in-country functional Managers, Consultants and Direct Sales Representatives, and Directors and Managers for the U.S. Hispanic market. A roster of clients includes Acento Advertising, Ansell Healthcare, Commercial Vehicle Group, Datascope (Cardiac Assist Division), ITT Cannon (ITT Corporation), James Hardie Building Products, Lawson Software and Sypris Technologies (Sypris Solutions). Additionally, substantial research has been conducted (under contract for various Retained Global Search Organizations) to fill senior positions with the Latin American subsidiaries of Fortune 500 companies as well as other leading and emerging corporations in the region.
 

Bio

MBA graduate from California State University and Bachelor in Science, Civil Engineering from Universidad del Valle, Colombia. Spanish and English fluency plus knowledge of introductory Portuguese. California Civil Engineer for five years, Harding Lawson Associates and H.V. Lawmaster & Co.; Business Entrepreneur focusing on importing Latin American products for five years,  Foresta Imports; and Latin American Executive Recruiter since 1994. World leader Search firms ATKearney (now a different company) and Heidrick & Struggles have frequently used my services to strengthen their Latin American research teams.
